Founded in February 2005, A New Beginning Foster Family Agency (ANBFFA) was established to serve court-adjudicated dependent children in the High Desert region of California.
Our agency operates under California Welfare and Institution Code Section 300, providing temporary care and comprehensive services to children who have experienced abuse, neglect, or abandonment. We specialize in supporting teens and teen parents navigating the foster care system, offering individualized treatment plans that address each child's educational, emotional, and physical needs.

Our multidisciplinary team brings together licensed professionals, trained specialists, and passionate volunteers — each with a defined role in supporting foster youth and families across Southern California.
Agency Social Worker
The backbone of case management — coordinating care plans, court appearances, and family services.
Develops and monitors individualized family service plans
Coordinates with courts, schools, and medical providers
Conducts home visits and assessments for placements
Facilitates family reunification and permanency planning
